Day 7, last day big day, where you want to combine a little a bit of everything You’ve made it this far to day 7 and we believe that you already feel much better than you felt before day one of this program. Our body does a great job at getting rid of toxins every day. Unfortunately, with our lifestyles we sometimes abuse it leading it to weaken or shut down completely. This is where a detox plan can be really helpful. From colon cleansing to liver cleansing, a detox plan is like a journey to rediscovering how much we are gifted with natural anti-inflammatories such as the strawberries we love so much. You will prepare a lot of smoothies, but mixing up all these foods is worth it as they naturally flush out toxins and help you fight against diseases. Waiting for your kidneys to accumulate calcium or for your liver to stop filtering toxins completely to begin a detox plan, shouldn’t be an option. You should think about cleansing your system at least once every two months. We love eating a burger once in a while, as much as we like having a beer or two with our friends. But we would look much better if we’ve learned to limit all these bad habits and trade them against a good skin care routine and, why not, a dry skin brushing session. It’s time to detox your system, and feel better. Good
