Mexican food, one of the most delicious foods invented. But when it is matched with good service and family friendly environment, it is taken to a whole new level. Rio grande is truly an amazing mexican food restaurant, not only because of the delicious food but also because it is in a great area, and it is family friendly all the way.

First off the food there is prepared on a professional level, and is real mexican cuisine. Not only in the food good but the ingredients the food is made from are fresh and yummy. In a good amount of time they bring out the food, as it is still hot and fresh. For the amount they give you it is perfect if you go around dinner time. And if you have too much food they have sizeable boxes to give you if you want to take it home. As for the people that are health freaks, they have a

They have drink menus for dinner lunch and breakfast. For the beginning of the day they have traditional tangy orange juice and sweet apple juice. For lunch they break out all of our favorite fizzy drinks. And for dinner they get wild and bring the margaritas to the table, whether you like them frozen or liquid they have it all.

As for the customer service all of the people there treat you well and bring out your food quickly and efficiently. When you are being seated they smile and talk with happy voices, like they want to work there. After you are seated another waiter or waitress comes out and take your order, they also give you a little snack of chips and salsa while you wait. In all, there might be a few sour apples working there but for the most part all the people there treat you well.

For the prices, it costs more that your average restaurant but is simply worth it, for a delicious easy meal that is sure to be a family favorite. In all if you have a lot of people the food can be a bit pricy and that is a slight

First off, the food has been amazing every time I have been there. This time I ate the chicken critters (tenders) with steak fries and green beans and it was very delicious. We didn’t wait maybe ten minutes from getting our appetizer and we already had our entrée. To me that is an excellent waiting time considering it was fresh food. Also the price is very understandable considering the amount of food I got. Overall I would rate the food a ten, it was amazing and always has been.…

Chipotle Mexican Grill, aims to do a few things but do them exceptionally well. When Chipotle (pronounced chi-POAT-lay) opened its first store in 1993, the idea was simple: demonstrate that food served fast didn't have to be a "fast-food" experience. We use high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking methods and distinctive interior design--features that are more frequently found in the world of fine dining. When we opened, there wasn't an industry category to describe what we were doing. Some 16 years and more than 900 restaurants later, we compete in a category of dining now called "fast-casual," the fastest growing segment of the restaurant industry, where customers expect food quality that's more in line with full-service restaurants, coupled with the speed and convenience of fast food.…

In the article titled, “Taco USA: Mexican food Became More American Than Apple Pie”, by Gustavo Arellano argues that Mexican food in America is not authentic. Mexican food served in America is completely different from the original cultural mexican dishes. “Mexican food has become a better culinary metaphor for America than the melting pot” (Arellano 453). Mexicans view such food claiming to be Mexican in America as a joke and an insult to their culture. America does not see nor acknowledge the value of authentic Mexican food.…

    1. Performance, Reliability and responsiveness, Serviceability, and Aesthetics are all significant dimensions of quality in fast food restaurants. First of all, the performance and serviceability of a fast food restaurant is very important because like the name states “fast food” is exactly that… fast! So in order for it to be considered a fast food establishment it if very important to keep up the flow of traffic in and out of the drive thru and the dining room in a timely and efficient manner without compromising the quality of the food. The second thing is to provide reliability and responsive services for a fast food restaurant such as customer service. If customer service is poor and the food isn’t prepared properly or your orders keep getting messed up then by their bad experience word of mouth will spread and it could drive people away from the establishment and they will begin searching for other places to eat. The last form of quality I believe a fast food restaurant should have is Aesthetics or the way the restaurant looks and smells. For example, we went to Golden Corral a long time ago and it literally smelled like feces. It made eating there hard to do because it stunk so badly. Come to find out they had a sewer leak and had to get it repaired but my family and I stopped going there for quite a long time until it was fixed. It is very important that the facility is clean without debris and trash around it and that even the inside facility is kept up with clean bathrooms, tables wiped and floors mopped. In order to exceed my expectations I would expect to run thru the drive thru and hear a happy or courteous person over the speaker that’s not rushing me to make a decision, acknowledgment when I pay and prompt service when I reach the food window. I would also expect that my food be prepared like I asked and that there be condiments or utensils…

The food isn’t the only great thing about Chick-Fil-A. There is an extremely welcoming and family oriented atmosphere about it. Family activities can take place along with community activities. Event nights and fundraisers are just a couple of things that they have to offer. There is a kids’ playroom to entertain the little ones, while adults chat. Distractions for children are always a good thing, because they are so quickly bored. Christian music, without words is always playing inside of the building, which can be very welcoming. It’s not quiet but not too much for background sound during breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you need to use the bathroom, there’s no need to wait until you get home. Unlike some places, their restrooms are kept sanitary and clean at all times.…
