Technology has become a huge part of our society, and incorporating technology into a company could be a huge benefit. An opportunity for J. Dawgs to greatly improve would be to improve their technology, and incorporate coupons. Practically everyone has a smart phone, so creating a J. Dawgs app could be very beneficial. This app would come in handy as customers could order on the app, and have their food ready to be picked up when they get to the store, thus creating much faster service. Incorporating coupons on the app is a great and convenient way to get customers to want to come back and have a better experience. Another great option could be adding a rewards program on the app, that offers money back once you spend a certain amount of money
