Name of the Proponents: Ace Viador, Mary Abigael Buenviaje Karen Enecio, Mary Grace Manuel

Program: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Proposed Title: “A Computerized Dental Service System Of Dr. Roalma Adelino-Gutierrez’s Dental Clinic”
Philosophy: A complete and accessible use of Dental Service System with a wider choice of options for the dentists and patients.
Respondent of the Investigation: The study will cover all information concerning patients such as dental treatment and record sale’s keeping, filing and other clinical works.
Justification of the Project: The proponents intent to adopt a system that will effectively and efficiently respond to the dental needs of the patients, as well as for the dental services and assessments, for them to have a system that will help them to answer question pertaining to dental services.
Significance of the Study: The significance of this study is that it will adopt a system that will make the dental clinic to function more effectively and efficiently in accomplishing its task.
Target Users/ Beneficiaries: The primary beneficiary of the system is the dentist (Dr. Roma Adelino-Gutierrez), to make her work easy. It will strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of the clinic. The patients will be benefited also by the study, for it can provide them accessibility to clinical information and record within a short period of time.
