Democracy Is America Essay
Is Democracy worthy of being called a strong government? Out of 192 countries 123 of them are a Democracy. Many people think that it is a strong government because the United States uses it, also other governments can work but overall Democracy is just the best one to use. Democracy is often used to mean a society, in which everyone is treated equally. Democracy is a strong form of government because it allows freedom, gives people the right to vote, and people can voice out their issues.
Democracy is a system in which people decide matters as a group; people have the right to do as they want and vote. When making the laws in this government citizens make the decisions and to a certain extent the government follows. One country that has a successful Democracy is America, because of it’s economy and the different ways that make the people feel safe. For example,

When people speak out in Democracy their voices are heard and things happen. In other governments like Dictatorship nothing happens, and matters do not get better. Another reason voicing out issues can be good for the government is it’s not only the high class people it’s everybody's opinion.
Democracy has disadvantages as well as advantages; but some are decisions take a long time to make, bad use of funds, and instigates corruption. An example of the bad use of funds is America has 19 trillion dollars in debt from the using funds poorly. Therefore many other governments could be a better choice than Democracy. Many things that America does spend their money on could be put to better things such as college funds, but also at the same time could put America further in debt.
Democracy has many key things that make it a very strong government such as freedom, voicing opinions, and the right to vote. When having all the governments side by side Democracy stands out as being the best one, and should be
