Definition Of Heroes
When people think of a hero they generally think of super strength, flying at supersonic speed, and other outstanding super powers. However, heroes can be an ordinary person, in the right place at the right time. Heroes are people that children can admire and look up to because heroes care for other people, are very brave, and are hard workers. Children need to know how to identify a hero so they can have a role model in their life. First off, heroes are generally nice people that care for the wellbeing of other people. Heroes are not only going to care for the people they love, but for a stranger that needs their help. For some people, a hero can be a friend that calls them once a day just to ask how their day has been. Another example would be someone stopping to help an older person cross a busy street. …show more content…
A soldier seems to come to mind for many people when they think of brave and courageous. Soldiers are a great example of a hero because they are brave, fight for their countries freedom, and are often put in dangerous situations. For example, if a fellow soldier is injured the other soldiers will go through a gun fight just to save the injured soldier. Soldiers put their lives on the line just so people from their country can live in peace. Finally, heroes are hard workers that do not quit until the job is finished. For example, firemen cannot quit fighting a fire until the fire is put
