Definition Essay On What Makes A Hero
A hero is someone who is courageous and sd a hero to make it saves other’s life. Many people can think a celebrity, a soldier, or just someone who helps others is a hero. If someone is being harassed they would need a hero to make it stop. A hero can be a police officer who gets a criminal, or it can be a firefighter who gallantly gets a kitten out of a tree. Some people have their own definitions of a hero.
Things that heroes do are their decision. They can save someone from a burning building, they could save someone from a car crash, they could even give someone food. The little things people do is important to someone else. Firefighters save people everyday in their home. Police officers can arrest the people who want to injure people. A little girl was missing for 2 hours until Temar and a friend noticed her in the back seat of a car. Temar and his friend chased the car for 15 minutes until the car stopped to finally let the little girl. If he just thought I can’t do this, something treacherous could have happened to the little girl. Once he took the 5 year old to the police to have them call her family, everyone called them heroes. Words could not describe how happy they were.
Another example is about an 11 year old boy, named La’ Dorious Wylie. As him and his little sister were waiting for the bus, a car came speeding towards them. He pushed her out of the way. The car hit him, then drove away. The next day died because of his injuries. Many people call him a hero because of the action he did to save another person’s life.
Although some people have doubts abouts “Heroes.” Bill gates donates money and has an organization. Many people might not consider him as a hero. Just because he donates money doesn’t make him a
