DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF
ESTATE with SIMULTANEOUS DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT made and entered by and among:

THE HEIRS OF THE LATE JOSEPH STA ANA and CAROLINA H.T. STA ANA, namely:

JULIUS STA ANA, married to MAYET L. STA ANA both of legal ages, Filipino citizens and with postal address at Dalicno Itogon, Benguet;

MERILEN S. CASILLA married to JESUS CASILLA JR. both of legal ages, Filipino citizens and with postal address at no. 15-A Maria Basa Street, Baguio City;

ROSALINA S. ALTIGA married to ALEJANDRO ALTIGA JR. both of legal ages, Filipino citizens and with postal address at Dalicno, Itogon, Benguet; and

LILIBETH S. BALILING married to JOHN C. BALILING, both of legal ages, Filipino Citizen and with postal address at Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the surviving and legitimate children and sole heirs of the late JOSEPH ANA and CAROLINA H.T. STA ANA, who died intestate without will and estament on February 19, 1992 and February 17, 2004, respectively at Baguio City, Philippines. Copies of the Death Certificate of teh deceased are hereto attached as Annexes “A” and “B” respectively;

WHEREAS, the said deceased, at the time of their dealth left a real property cpvered by TAX DECLARATION WITH ARP NUMBER 99-012-03223 herein described as follows:

A parcel of land located at Omesbeg, Taloy sur, Tuba, Benguet. Bounded on the East by Road, on the West by Public Land, ob the North by Junaita Pogdon and on the South by Joseph Antonio. Containing an area of THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN (3,218) SQUARE METERS. With market value of P3,740.00 and assessed value of P1,500.00 of the Municipal Assessor of Tuba, Benguet.

Copy of TAX DECLARATION WITH ARP NUMBER 99-012-03223 is hereto attached as Annex “C” to form an integral part hereof:
