Death Of Friar Lawrence In William Shakespeare's Romeo And Juliet
In this morning, the city of Verona wakes up with the saddest true love story ever known. In the Capulets´ grave, Juliet lays dead beside her love one, Romeo. However, he is not the only one, Paris, murdered by Romeo lays there too.
Romeo and Juliet met in Juliet´s mom party; they fell in love at the first sight, however, as is known for all citizens in Verona, their parents would never stand their love, so they kept it in secret.
The city of Verona has been stage to the desperate end of their true love story. Last night, with friar Lawrence´s help, Juliet fake her death by taking some pills; yet Romeo had been banished from Verona, and Friar Lawrence´s sent, Friar John could not handover the message of their plan.
Romeo, in his desperate suffering, went back to Verona, even knowing he was banished. Before finding Juliet, he found Paris, which in his suffering was watching Juliet. Romeo was out of himself, he fought with Paris and the disastrous end was Paris murder. …show more content…
When the young lady woke up, she was terrified to see Romeo´s dead body. Friar Lawrence was there too, he granted us some answers: “I regret every second of what I have started. They were just two innocent kids. Romeo and Juliet were like my own family and I made it”.
Juliet killed herself too. However, Verona wakes up with a happy ending too, the two families decided to end their fight and build statues as a tribute to their children. The saddest story had a happy ending
