Tupac shakure dear mama
Tupac Amaru Shakur was born on June 16, 1971, in the East Harlem section of Manhattan in New York City. During his early childhood Tupac faced many challenges, his mother was a crack addict and his farther left them when he was still an infant. Having no one to turn he dropped out of school and started selling cocaine on the streets. At the age of 17, hungry for success he began his career as a raper. Soon after his debut on stage, his remarkable talent shocked the world and was immediately consider one of the greatest rapers to have every lived. In 1995 he wrote a song for his mother "Dear Mama" thanking her for all he effort in trying to raise a rebellious son. Dear Mama by Tupac can be considered as lyrical poem. Tupac rite's a ballad poem, witch consists of the hardships and struggles he went through as a kid. "Dear Mama" was written in two stanzas, all sung to the same melody, and adapted for singing. With that being said we can consider "Dear Mama" by Tupac a lyric poem.
In the first verse of the song Tupac begging by talking about a the drama he had with his mother. "Suspended from school; and scared to go home, I was a fool with the big boys, breaking all the rules" in this stanzas he let's us know of his mistakes as a teen and how he made his mother's life a living hell. he then goes on apologizing for his ill behavior. Furthermore Tupac shows understanding and love towards his mother's action "And even as a crack fiend, mama You always was a black queen, mama". despite the fact that his mother was an addicted she always tried her best to provide, and for that Tupac says "There's no way I can pay you back, But the plan is to show you that I understand, You are appreciated".
During the second verse Tupac compares his mother's outstanding effort to raise him to his father's poor input into Tupacs life. He expresses his deep anger and resentment toward his father "No love from my daddy cause the coward wasn't...
