Greene quickly discovered he had little natural talent for catching baseballs and decided basketball involved too much running. As an eighth-grader he played on the junior varsity football team and fell in love with the game. Later, he also threw the discus and shot put in track, winning a state championship. As a sophomore at Dunbar, an all-black secondary school in Temple, Greene turned into the starting middle linebacker. In eighth grade, Greene had weighed 158 pounds; by his senior year, he weighed 250 pounds. In spite of the fact that he was viewed as large for a linebacker, Greene cherished the position. As he enhanced, his certainty both on and off the field bloomed. His occasionally excessively forceful identity earned him a notoriety for being a messy player, and he was shot out from various diversions. However, to Greene, football was war, and he was resolved to battle until the very end. In spite of Greene's individual gifts on the field, the Dunbar Panthers had just a fair record, and he was not vigorously enlisted by universities. His alternatives were further constrained in light of the fact that the Southwest Conference was still…

David Walker’s Appeal to the Colored Citizens of the World is aimed towards African-American slaves and freedmen. His goal was to have all his “brethren”, rise up and fight against slaveholders and farmers. Walker called for vengeance against white men, but he also expressed the hope that their cruel behavior toward blacks would change, making vengeance unnecessary. His message to the slaves was direct; if they were not given liberty, then should take action and rebel. The Appeal caused a stir among slaveholders and slaves. In it, Walker argued that armed resistance was justified and should be used if necessary. As could be expected, slaveholders feared that it would cause slave uprisings. Slaves on the other hand, were encouraged by its message. It was common for groups of slaves to gather and listen to the reading of the text. Depending upon whether one was a slave or a slaveholder, the Appeal had become both dangerous and inspiring.…

Part I. One of the elements that could be found at the crime scene are two circles of salt (Holmes, 2002). The investigator should be well aware that the circles of salt, or any amount of salt found at a suspected ritualistic crime scene, would be a sign that a satanic sect of a devil worship cult could be involved (Holmes, 2002). Bowls of salt of different colors may also be found around the altar. The colors of the salt, as well as banners and other symbols, all have specific expressed meanings (Holmes, 2002). For example, the color black expresses darkness, evil, night, Satanism, or occult and the color blue expresses tears, water, sadness, and pornography. Another element that should be looked for are candles, candles compromise an important role in satanic ritual(Holmes, 2002). As stated in the Holmes text, black and white candles are used by Satanic sect members(Holmes, 2002). Never more than one whitecandle is used(Holmes, 2002). Furthermore, wax drippings found at the ritualistic crime scene may serve as proof of Satanic involvement (Holmes, 2002). If the candle wax is found in colors other than black or white, then It can be assumed that the participants are part of different types of worshipers (Holmes, 2002). The third element that investigators should seek is the different Satanic Symbols (Holmes, 2002). Drawings of a hexagram or the inverted pentagram may be present at the crime scene(Holmes, 2002). The pentagram or hexagram is always enclosed by a circle, which serves as a protective device from harm and danger from the demons(Holmes, 2002). The satanic alphabet may also be present, with the letters drawn on the ground to spell a prayer, statement, or warning (Holmes, 2002). One type of pedophile is the situational type child molester, within this category falls the Morally Indiscriminate Child Molester (Holmes, 2002). The morally indiscriminate child…

The three psychological phases that I consider that Richard Ramirez experienced are the aura phase, the murder phase, and the trolling phase. In the aura phase, Ramirez because in his personal life he distances himself from any social interaction.
