1. Table: Similar to spreadsheet used to store data.
2. Queries: Method of extracting specific data
3. Forms: Element to modify and insert records into you databases
4. Reports: It contains raw data and allows the organization of information in an easy way.
5. Databases: collection of associated information
6. Relational databases: access databases in which more than one can share information.
7. Record: each row in a table.
8. Data Value: an item such as data, or such as a single phone number.
9. Primary Key Field: a field that contains unique information for each record.
10. Quick Access Toolbar: contains a set of commands that are 
independent of the Tab currently displayed.
11. Title Bar: shows the name of the program that is opened and the title of the database.
12. Minimize, Restore, Close: will reduce, restore and close Access files.
13. Help: opens the Access Help window.
14. Tab Row: contains commands that relate to a type of 
activity, such as formatting data.
15. Ribbon: is organized into groups, which are collected together under Tabs.
16. Dialog Box Launcher: opens a dialog box or task pane.
17. Groups: contain groupings of commands that relate to specific 
activities such as the Views, Clipboard, Font and Records.
18. Data Value: is one item of data, such as a single phone number.
19. Navigation Pane: The area on the left side of the window. It displays the database objects, e.g. Tables, Forms, Reports, etc. The Navigation Pane replaces the Database window found in some earlier versions of Access.
20. Filter Indicator: displays whether the records have been filtered or not.
21. Search Box: enables you to quickly search for a record with a matching value.
