Abstract
The constant changes in government agencies create stressors among the different age groups.
The ILS consists of two scores, interpersonal life stress, and occupational life stress. The SPSS data file contains 45 cases, one for each woman, and four variables, their interpersonal and occupational life stress at age 40 and their interpersonal and occupational life stress at age 60

Government agencies are commonly known for its frequent changes and high turnover rate. The constant changes in government agencies create stressors among the different age groups.
Background of the Problem
Social change not only change lives but also the organization as well as the world. Social change is a systemic approach to organizational behavior. Bailey (2006) explored a variety of ways for embracing the contemporary complexities of organizational behavior while positively supporting social change. However, social change among organizational behavior is closely tied to the level of trust between the employer and its employees.
Building a rapport with employees comes with the obligation of trust. Pomraning (2010) indicated that the trust level within the organization influences organizational behavior. As employee began to trust the leadership of the organization, the window of sharing information and trust occurs. Shelton (2010) provided a model based theory that presented results from a combination of personal characteristics and environmental factors influences organizational behavior. Parker Ayers (2010) determined a significant relationship between job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational support, and commitment influenced organizational behavior.
Problem Statement
Culture change is the greatest mystery of the 1990s and will continue to be so until it can be achieved in a practical manner (Allen, J.H., 1995). Encompassing individual belief within a group is an integral part of organizational behavior (Langfield-Smith, 1992). Creating an individualize map for organizational behavior creates an individualized domain (Kimball, 2010).
The purpose of the quantitative study is to understand organizational behavior change as it affects nonprofit organizations and ways to combat the negative behavior that hinders change from occurring. Information obtained in this study will provide nonprofit organizations an effective resource for embracing organizational behavior while obtaining sustainability.
Organizational behavior is unique and complex. Understanding the dynamics of organizational behavior is typically based on a theoretical approach. Demers (2007) identified the theory of epistemological development as it relates to understanding the dynamics
