Some men just want to watch the world burn” Joker doesn’t have the gravity of a villain with his physical presence but he brings it with the crazy.“Respectfully, Master Wayne, perhaps this is a man who you don’t fully understand, either.” Joker doesn’t come across as a violent person but then all of a sudden turns around and commits a very violent act – is he crazy or is he acting?“What would I do without you – you complete me” “To them you’re a freak, just like me. They need you right now but as soon as they don’t they’ll cast you out like a lepur” - joker Joker comes up with different stories for how he got his scars, all different, all relating to his troubled childhood/past.“I’m not a monster, I’m just ahead of the curve” - joker They referenced Rome: as soon as you reference the greatest republic of all time that everyone has been able to replicate since then you know the director is saying this city works. The leader is followed and all is well.“It’s not about money; it’s about sending a message. Everything burns” - joker Jokers card in the judges documents (very official and high up) but he can get anywhere he wants to go.“All you care about is money, this town deserves a better class of criminal”- joker Not “Batman” but “The Batman”.“I’m like a dog chasing cars, I wouldn’t know what to do if I caught one, you know, I’d just… do things.” Batman is predictable.
