Dangers of Cell Phones

I am sure that most of you own cell phones and that you can’t leave your home without it. And that all of you think of cell phones as one of the most useful devices of our time. Despite all that, have you ever considered dangers of using cell phones or thought about the harmful effects of the microwave radiations? (Pause) Just 10 years ago, cordless telephones were something used only by big businesses and privileged persons, but Nowadays; it seems that every kid in middle school carries a cell phone in their backpack. We are starting to get used to people seemingly talking to themselves everywhere. The benefits of cell phones are undoubtedly numerous; especially in emergency situations. However; technology that improves convenience, often has a destructive side, and Cell phones are no exception. Today, I will inform you about the dangers of cell phones. My first point will focus on how cell phone radiations and microwave frequencies alter the human body. Then, I will notify you of the health effects of cell phones, and my final point will discuss the bad effects of mobile phones on animals and birds. Let me first start with the ways microwave radiations harm our body. Mobile phones release microwave frequencies and other radiations that are the same as those used in radar and your microwave oven. These radiations impose great danger to our body and its functions. Finland's Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority reports that one hour of exposure to mobile phone radiation can cause human cells to shrink. While the Journal of Cellular Biochemistry reports, that microwave frequencies emerging from cell phones cause cancer and other diseases by interfering with cellular DNA. Many scientists have proved that these radiations encourage the human cells to age quickly. Moreover, Italian scientists have recently demonstrated that cell phone radiation makes cancerous cells grow aggressively. Also, some note that even tiny doses
