DI And Wyatt Case Summary
Session held at the SVABA center. DI and Wyatt worked on adaptive, language, play, cognition, executive function and social. 4/4 trails, Wyatt was able to urinate in the toilet. Wyatt need it more than two verbal prompt to walk to the bathroom. Wyatt scream and cry to escape from fallowing instructions given by DI "it's time for potty". DI had noticed Wyatt is throwing tantrums most often during the session during transitioning or taking turns. Wyatt had it a hard time taking turns which DI need it to prompt him by giving a full physical prompt or verbal prompt. Left side of his forehead Wyatt had it a scratch, DI asked Wyatt he responded "it hurts". DI informed case manager about the scratch.

    Tony needed several verbal prompts to comply to one and two step instructions. For instance, when asked to do one and two step instructions Tony would use profanity at Mom and or clinical team (i.e. “F*** You”).     The patient’s behavior was observed throughout the session during clinician and child-directed activities. She was compliant and cooperative and exhibited fair overall working behavior. Her attention and concentration span were noted to be poor, because to finish a task (coloring) she needs to be called out several times. She seems distracted, and would always play with her fingers. Lovely’s sitting span was good, as she was able to sit throughout the whole session, unless asked to stand up.
