When experiencing a horror movie, it is designed to scare them, to drive their fear of the dark, and to make anyone take a second glance when they’re walking home alone at night. When they observe the scenes from a violent movie, alike the 80s classic Bloodsport, a slightly higher gruesome and violent Karate Kid, both boys were required to learn how to properly fight, whether it be Karate or Kickboxing, and to beat their bullies the right way. Parents wouldn’t fancy their four-year-old to start hurting themselves by jumping off and punching everyone they see or running around with a knife in hand and stabbing anything they could find, now would they? Another problem would since attending these movies and shows, they would judge that violence is the answer to a disagreement or to getting their way.
Almost all horrifying and violent program has a bit of truth in each episode. Do fathers wish for their little boy or girl to be vulnerable to the actual violent and psychologically unstable people that out in the real world? Mothers expect their little Jimmy to walk home from school, on a sunny afternoon a blue pickup truck starts to slow beside him.
A presentable and innocent appearing man sits in the driver’s seat, while he calls out to little Jimmy, asking if he wanted a ride home. Little innocent Jimmy thinks every person in the world is great, never realizing the horrors of the people around him, and accepts the ride. Days later, after his mother and father file a missing person’s report on Jimmy, he is found gagged and nude in a gutter. Jimmy could have been alive right now, if only his now crying and broken hearted mother let him know what real people in urban civilization achieve with inexperienced boys in violent and horrify movies or television
