Many people are scared of certain things. There are some monsters that can terrorize a person and their thoughts. These monsters that people can be scared of can be characterized as a man-made, unnatural being or creature. Most people are afraid of monsters because they evil or do evil acts, are beast like, and maybe scary due to being different or unknown. Monsters exist due to people making them up or create them to scare others; or to keep a story in cultures going from generation to generation. Monsters can be made up from people’s imagination or stories, or it can a monster that has been seen and their stories have been told or a cultural story that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Many people have “seen” and there have been many sightings from different people throughout the centuries of certain monsters. In Scotland there is a monster called the Loch Ness Monster named “Nessie”. There have been dozens of sightings and even photographs of this monster. There have been many people that are still skeptical on the monster even though there has been some evidence that this monster might exist due to the pictures and videos and sighting of Nessie. Monsters like this can be make people believe in them because of the pictures, videos and many sightings, they can bring millions of people to visit to try to want to be able to see it for themselves in person.
There are many monsters that are made up all together to be a scary story to be told or a scary movie to be watched or read by millions. An example, the movie Jeepers Creepers, is a movie about a “Creeper” is a demon that comes to life every 23 years in spring. He eats the body parts of his victims. These types of monsters are created to scare and to entertain people.
Other stories can be pasted down from generation to generation as scary stories to be told to scare people. These types of stories are cultural stories that are told from particular countries that may have happened...
