Cultural Competency In A Childcare Center
For my interview on cultural competency I chose to go to a childcare center in the area. I decided to go to a childcare center for this interview because I think that this may be something that I actually want to do for my career when I graduate from college. I interviewed the director at this childcare center and gained knowledge of what it would be like to be the director of a childcare center or even working as part of the staff at a center. At this childcare center, this director is responsible for hiring staff, watching over everything and making sure everything is going as it should be and stepping in to help when she is needed, as well as making up the overall plans for what they need to get done throughout the year as a whole.
