I will be able to help my organization with training on issue of cultural competency and diversity. I can help my employer recognize areas of discrimination in screening applicants if there is any. I can help my managers understand the different KSAOC’s needed by performing a job analysis for each position within my nonprofit. I can educate my staff in understanding of the laws that govern correct hiring practices. I will be able to help new employees find the best fit for their individual benefits offered by my employer.
