Nobody influence me I was always been interested in foodservice and hospitality every since I was young at the age of 8 years old I always help my mother and aunt cook. I wasn’t a good as a cook that I was back then now I am now and as I grown up I got better and better and going to a
Culinary Arts School that good to make me more successful. Also I always like to do things hands on and I always enjoyed cooking when I did it. Cooking always made me happy and that’s when I decide that I wanted to be a chef. Growing up I was always watching people cook on cooking shows that came on TV watching those cooking shows made me more interested and more interested because I was learning more about food that I didn’t know before. I would watch them every day and learned more from those shows every day. I always wanted to cook because
I love making people happy and I like cooking. I wanted to get more serious because people always thought that I was playing they didn’t believe me when I said I’m going to be a chef one day and I’m going to be famous I’m going to be on TV so I started to cook for my family and I would help my aunt cook every time a event come up like when we had cookouts, parties, and on the holidays. As I got older I’m like this is what I really want to be and do I want to be a chef and
I want to cook for people. Now that I made my mind up and that I decided that getting older and older my food changed since when I was young and now my food started to get better as I grow.
Others saw the change and so did I now that I’m done. Now that I’m 17 years old I pick that I really want to be a chef and I’m going to be successful that what I do.
For the kind of business I need for this career is a restaurant depending on where I

work and where I want to work at. The type of tools you need is cooking

    When mother was cooking, she had a serious look, and mother could take anything and make something out of it. In addition, today, I have the same cooking inspiration mother had. It is so much joy to cook for my children, neighbors, family and friends. Cooking inspire me in many ways, because there are so many different types of recipes to choose from. Homemade soups, and herb and garlic turkey. When I was growing up we always went to the farmer's market and bought fresh vegetables and my father had a hog and chicken farm. Since, we were raised preparing, and canning our vegetables, our family ate a lot of fresh grown foods, and we hardly used anything from a box. There are different cooking sites that really allow you to take your cooking to another level.
