TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP 2 It is long overdue for thinking about how to support student’s educational endeavors. Administrators at all levels need to move school improvement efforts in a new direction and address all barriers to teaching and learning. The foundation for doing so involves transformational leaders to meet the educational needs of all students and support teachers in their professional development. To integrate technology into Florida schools; they have to implement a technology program; that has to incorporates technology into the curriculum. Writing well formatted valid essays can be challenging and sometime to advance for the average student. This program can be used to help all students understand the expectations of their teachers by portraying different elements of learning structures and learning designs. It could be a simple project in an art class or writing and formatting for an English course all students should be able to access different diagrams and written lessons through the Draft Builder. They can build on their own skills and work to master the art of structure and design so that more time can be devoted to their writing. This program allows all students with disabilities or not to increase their confidences and access visual and auditory assistance with organization and
