UCM:CPSW did a home visit and met with Kevin. CPSW asked Kevin if this worker can speak to Ms. Fait . Kevin reported that Ms. Fait has moved to her mother's apartment. He also reported that Ms. Fait will not move back because he is tired of taking care of her all the time. He stated that he wants her to go back to work. He reported that she can manipulate everything to get her way. He also stated that he does not want to keep taking care of Fait. CPSW asked about Ms. Fait's current location. He reported that she is staying with her mother at Minnetonka MN. Fait's mother is Pat (612) 715-2691. He also provided Ms. Fait's new address and stated that he is not sure if it is the correct address. 5416 Beacon Hill Rd Apt # 215 Minnetonka, MN
