Tieman thinks highly of diligence as a philosophy in their organization culture. He likes to re-post some memoirs about diligence on Hoosier CrossFit’s Facebook timeline. Also, he wrote some memoirs to remind himself and other staff of diligence. For example, he put the below tip on his desk:

Hoosier CrossFit ' also emphasis in accountability. The trainers take measures to guarantee that they give you their full efforts in the workout room, and vow to help you work out correctly instead of just teaching the exercises and classes. Results each day are posted on the whiteboard or just on the floor with chalk and it is recorded. The results are not used to compare to rank among members, but a way to make the members’ WOD more measurable, observable, and repeatable. As members continue training, they can track your progress. For example, members might be making a certain movement, holding a certain weight, for a measurable amount of time. Next time they will complete that movement and retest themselves.

What they lack, though, is a diversified geographic. It’s important to concentrate on the US operations, but other countries have specific issues that may need to be handled differently. If ADP wants to expand and take full advantage of their services, they ought to pay more attention to their geographic diversification.…
