Identify and discuss a social justice issue in contemporary society (within the last two years) that specifically relates to equality, solidarity, or human rights. Make sure to cite a periodical that covers this issue. Get at least one of your general education requirements done and finished in your first semester. Consider taking a dreaded class to get it over with, rather than have it hang over your head and dreading it. In addition, it would be sad to be stuck in freshman classes as a senior four years down the road.
