Dear President Obama,

As you mentioned repeatedly, there’s much to be done to get the country back on its feet. We really do need to get out of the debt we are in. Teachers are saying that we are in the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. Business, stores that people really like, have been shutting down over the past four years due to this financial crisis. Tower Records, one of the best entertainment stores, shut down a few years ago just like Circuit City.

Everything is falling apart. No one is comfortable with spending money anymore. How can you be with the way things are? The first thing we should do is stop all these wars an make our country better. How will that help the U.S financial crisis? We should get ourselves together so we will have the means to protect ourselves against these treats. We should not start another expensive war after we just finished another one.

Being a student myself I would like you to keep your promise to make college tuitions less expensive. The prices are absolutely ludicrous. People constantly have to borrow money from loans and then have to pay them back for years later on. People who want to go to college should not have to pay so much.

I hope that you will be able to accomplish all the politics you advocated during the primaries and the election.

Thank you for you consideration,

Cristian Gutierrez
