Call for Papers (Second Announcement)
The CRIOCM2013 International Symposium on
“Advancement of Construction Management and Real Estate” 19th -20th October 2013
The Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management (CRIOCM) in collaboration with Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) proudly invites all academics, researchers, professionals to participate in

the CRIOCM 2013, the 18th International Symposium
on "Advancement of Construction Management and
Real Estate". We will inherit the principle and tradition
of pragmatism and innovation, to offer an excellent
academic exchange platform for academics and
professionals to exchange latest developments of their
research in the area of real estate and construction
Xi’an is the capital of Shaanxi province, located in th
e southern part of the Guanzhong Plain. It is one of
the four ancient capital of the world while it has
been the very witness of the long history of China
as a city been though the largest number of dynasties.
With the cultural and historical significance, Xi’an
becomes a natural historical museum. Many famous
scenic spots are worth visiting. Nowadays, Xi’an
has from an ancient city to an energetic international
metropolitan with abundant tourism resources. The
29th World Horticultural Exposition was held
successfully in Xi’an in 2011.
We believe that the CRIOCM 2013 will make another
major contribution to the research development of
construction management and real estate and the
promotion of collaboration between academics and
professionals in the discipline globally. We look
forward to meetingyou in Xi’an 2013.
