In the grand scheme of our lives today, historical evidence is essential for the world to move forward.. The Voyager Space Program was a program that discovered the outer planets for the first time, and this program encountered many of the astronomical wonders of the outer planets today. But originally, the project scientist Ed Stone (former director of Caltech) did not know how to use the special alignment planets that occurs every 167 years.
