Creative Writing: The False Reality Of Walking Horses
Hyena laughter an aggressive false reality by unclenched haunting from deserted halls
Of torturous screams, and whispers a shadow greets starts at dawn and night falls.
Unceasing reminder that we are not alone, gifted with haunting, that bless you everyday
Your reality by ignoring them is not wise and simply foolish, they will make sure you pray.

Many shares of similar experiences some during a young age and many a mature age
From doctors notes to pharmaceutical dosages it is all about money now we turned the page.
Kept in silence within walls of fair shares of Ritz hospitals and Hilton beds
Reality of walking zombies is the fault of all high roller money powered heads.

My division was stationed in Normandy, France, at the time of the Allied invasion on June 6, 1944. Toward the end of August or early September, Canadian troops captured me near Dieppe.10 I was with a small group of men who were cut off from our main company and overrun by motorized Allied units. For several days we wandered around searching for our unit, until one night we strayed into a field camp of Canadian soldiers. You can well imagine the astonishment all around when we suddenly appeared in their midst. The Canadians didn’t have a guard posted. This was probably better for all because otherwise we might have exchanged gunfire. Instead, we peacefully turned over our weapons and in return received cigarettes.…

Tim O’Brien is an American author who writes stories based on his experiences in the Vietnam War. O’Brien, throughout the story ‘The Sweetheart of the Song Tra Bong’, describes the changes that Mary Anne goes through during her time in Vietnam. Mary Anne’s physical and mental changes that she goes through during her time in Vietnam also press and signify the changes that the soldiers, and possibly the civilians, go through in a time of war. O’Brien also chooses to have Rat tell this story even though O’Brien informs us that Rat has a reputation for exaggeration and overstatement of facts, which makes the story difficult to believe.…

Medicine is so expensive because prices are generally shaped by what the market will bear, drugmakers and some economists argue that price controls or other efforts aimed at slowing spending by targeting profits mean cutting money that could go toward developing the next new cure. A drug’s price should reflect its effectiveness, The “most important factor” that drives prescription drug prices higher in the United States than anywhere else in the world is the existence of government-protected “monopoly” rights for drug manufacturers, researchers at Harvard Medical School report today.…

Something flew by her. This time, she definitely knew it was a bird, a crow or raven of sort but bigger. Glancing around, Annabeth didn’t see anything but knew that something was there. Another black bird like creature flashed by her face. It left a long scratch down her face. Long but thankfully not very deep or bad. It reminded her of the time she had gotten a paper cut at school, but a lot longer. She looked down at her braclet. A shield, a flashlight, a knife. A shield would might work. Her hand fingered over the red ruby. As the black creature flashed by her face again, she pressed down on it. The eight petal like blades spun out and formed a shield. She heard an unnatural cry and a thunk as the creature hit the shield and fell to the ground. Annabeth slowly and carefully pressed the ruby again. Dismantling the shield back into the silver snake wrapping around her wrist. When she looked down, she saw a bat. Wait a bat? She thought. It was thrashing around on it’s back, as if the creature had lost sense of…
