Creating A Community In Residential Hall

According to the Mirriam-Webster encyclopedia, the word community can be defined as "a unified body of individuals." By this standards, a community in a residential hall should be aimed to create unity and cohesion. The community I would seek to create would be one that would be of encouragement and support for not only my floor, but the building as a whole. My biggest goal in creating a community would be to have residents feel comfortable talking to me, but also one another.
