I am currently taking these fitness test so I can see my current fitness level and so that I can compare it with the national standards so I can look at my result and decide whether to improve my fitness. When doing my training I keep a daily update on my results to see if I am improving or not and during my fitness training I will add the FITT training principle to my fitness training so I can improve my fitness quicker and in a short base of time
