• Public Relations - Identify where Covergirl can promote the brand of Lipcolor, it will take research to understand the audience. Analyze popular magazine, geographically locations, retail stores, popular websites; to identify the readers, viewers, visitors of the targeted market segment. Covergirl should catch the attention of the target consumer. An example would be to promote new Outlast Lipcolor, through advertising in a beauty magazine. It is first necessary to get a better understanding of the different magazines, stores, websites; the company should do a full investigation.
