My Plan for Achieving Personal Success in the Footsteps of my Role Model, Satya Nadella
Many individuals I appreciate in this world, yet for my course project I chose to examine the current CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella. As anybody would know the organization Microsoft is perceived around the world. The reason I picked Satya as my own good example is on the grounds that I see his prosperity as a motivation. I listen to the tech news of the world and I would envision that after Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer passed the light to Satya, years of diligent work and devotion to his organization at long last paid off. Since Satya’s time as CEO (February of 2014) has officially rolled out improvements to Microsoft that is by all accounts in support to the purchaser. Nothing could be superior to anything demonstrating your dedicated clients that you value them by giving them what they need.
I might want to research particular things about Satya amid my course extend. - How long has Satya Nadella been with Microsoft? Which schools did he go to? Where is he from and what deterrents did he need to overcome to get where he is? What penances did Satya need to improve to himself? What is his most loved sort of espresso? I have started my exploration on the recently selected CEO. I have possessed the capacity to discover goodies of data in regards to Satya however just alluding to him as the CEO and how he is as the new manager originating from representatives of the organization. I plan to utilize his page on the Microsoft site as a kind of perspective as I will require his memoir for my examination. I do hope to face a few deadlocks in my exploration of Satya; however I will at last succeed in introducing him as an awesome good example. I will most likely need to refer to legitimate hotspots for my examination and unquestionably not depend on Wikipedia.org for any of it. Much thanks to you for taking the

Bill Gates is now one of the world’s wealthiest individuals, but he did not earn his fortune in a straight line to success. Before launching Microsoft, Bill Gates was a Harvard University dropout. Gates entered the entrepreneurial scene with a company called Traf-O-Data, which aimed to process and analyze data from traffic tapes in Seattle. Although when he attempted to sell the idea alongside his business partner, Paul Allen. The product barley worked, it was a complete disaster. Nevertheless, Gates prevailed through his failure driven by his passion for computer programming. Microsoft went public in 1986, “Gates amassed a huge paper fortune as the company’s largest individual shareholder. He became a paper billionaire in 1986” according to editors of Britannica…

Using new and unorthodox strategies to run his company like no other, Gates’s brilliant business approach resulted in even more success. In an effort to fully comprehend just how large Microsoft had become the periodical Microsoft After Gates. (And Bill After Microsoft.) states, “start-ups would abandon business plans if they felt that Microsoft was thinking of competing in their space.” Possessing an unholy amount of power like this speaks volumes in the colossal impact any proposal could have on the global market. As aforementioned, Gates reigned supreme, he was the captain of this tech ship that paved the way for innovation in both a daily driven work computer and the groundbreaking software included. “By late 1996, over 90 percent of all PCs had a Microsoft operating system - usually a form of windows - and most had Microsoft applications.” (“Bill Gates.”) Such success was unparalleled to the numbers of computing companies prior. Bypassing any and all opportunities to halt progress in an effort to make a quick profit is hardly one of the many practices he enacted. This same document says that “Gates’s competitive drive and fierce desire to win has made him a powerful force in business, but has also consumed much of his personal life.” (“Bill Gates.”) Hard work and large efforts obviously come at a toll except in the case of Gates, his endeavours…

For my senior project I chose photography. I chose this topic because a photo can capture any memory, history or emotion and never change, even when history, memories and emotions are. My hours will be spent learning new vocabulary and learning how to capture a photo of anything from a calm nature scene to a fast-paced hockey game. The product of my project will be printed photos that I have taken over the course of my project. I will demonstrate my knowledge to the judges through a slide show of my slowly improved photos. I have asked and chosen Matt Moehr as my mentor; he is qualified to be my mentor because he is the professional photographer for the Star News. I will spend my hours photographing hockey games, high school sports and taking senior photos for my fellow peers and other students from McCall-Donnelly high school. I will spend approximately 200 dollars on this project. I will pay for this project through my job at DeLish Catering.…

The project area is a place called Sitio Karahome in Barangay San Isidro, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. It is located high up in the mountains, and is best accessed by jeep. The roads are muddy, steep and narrow, making them unsuitable for buses. The lands used to belong to the Dumagat tribe, but they allowed the current occupants to build houses there. Many of the people came from provinces in the Visayas like Samar, and many of them lived in Metro Manila before relocating. Around 1987, the occupants were forced to leave, their land taken over by rich landowners. It wasn’t until around 1998 that the lands were returned to them. It is difficult to get an accurate number of the residents, especially because their houses are somewhat scattered about, but there are probably around 100-200 of them. Most families have an average of four children, and some have as many as six or seven. These children make up about 70-80% of the population. Most of the parents are in their late 20’s or early 30’s, and there are few people who are past their middle 40’s.…
