The report will give us an overview of the banking Sector and company profile and awareness of customers about different types of products and services offered by HDFC Bank. This study is conducted to find out the customer satisfaction regarding HDFC bank. The non probability method of study will be use through a structured questionnaire,which will target to the different coustomer of HDFC bank in Amritsar. For this purpose sample size of 100 will be taken. The data collected from the different persons will be analyzed and present in the form of charts and tables. ICICI, Axis, kotak Mahindra and nationalized banks are the most competitors of the bank. Safety and returns are the two main reasons people invest in banks, the Indian consumer has a false perception about private banks – they feel that it would not safe.This project will help to know the coustomer satisfaction toward the bank which will help to check the coustomer perception towards bank. and necessary step can take to change the coustomer perception toward bank and provide better service and facility to coustomer. Objective of study :-
* To know the customer awareness regarding the Bank’s products. * To know the level of interest of customer regarding the different schemes of bank. * To know the customer satisfaction level and perception regarding bank. * To know the preference of customer regarding the extra services. * To know the problems of customer regarding bank.
