Courage For Beginners Conflict
In Courage For Beginners by Karen Harrington, the book explains about middle school drama and experiences. The book has 289 pages and is realistic fiction with well written first person narrative.
The conflict is that the main character's dad is in the hospital and she has to take care of her family on her own “I don't know what i am going to do to get food for my family ,my mom has agoraphobia and my dad is in a coma in the hospital. So she has to grow up fast and deal with the struggles that she lost her only friend in middle school for him wanting to be popular and she has to find a way to support her family and go to the store on her own.
I rate the book a 3.5 because it is a good book with a interesting story but it did have some boring
