Cosmetology It can be difficult finding the right career you want to spend the rest of your life doing. Now that I am a junior in high school, I have decided what job I think would be best for me. The path I have chosen to take is cosmetology. Cosmetology deals with hair cuts, hair coloring, and makeup. It can also deal with, nails, pedicures, and massages. There are so many different reasons why I chose this career. There are many advantages to becoming a cosmetologist and disadvantages. There are a variety of reasons why I have chosen to become a cosmetologist. All types of different opportunities are available. Such as, being as creative as you want to when you cut or color hair. There are no limits to how people want their hair done. Another opportunity, is eventually being able to start your own business. Once a cosmetologist has been working in a salon for a couple years, it would benefit them more if they were to open up their own salon. It would benefit them more financially. There are a lot of advantages when you become a cosmetologist. One of the advantages is making people feel good about themselves.
