This letter is to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude towards my sergeant Stange and Chief Bishop.
I appreciate your decision for deciding to send me over to the Corrections Training Academy.
Since joining the Academy I have learned more in depths and details about numerous aspects of verbal and non-verbal communication, and the importance of daily roles when interacting with inmates. I am learning about the extremes of correctional officer job duties and how the situation can go from typical to life-threatening in a split of a second.
