Abstract
Many people have been taught since childhood that, obtaining good grades and attending the best schools can guarantee corporate success. This theory is not always proven to be true. Awareness of social and environmental responsibility is a quality many corporate recruiters look for in college graduates. This paper will uncover the reasons corporate recruiters believe this type of awareness is essential for success in today’s corporate business. Additionally, this paper will magnify the possible differences between graduates who may or may not possess the desires social and environmental responsibility awareness.
