My conversion experience was not a big event, it happened over a series of events. It started by me just want to go to church. This may have not been a big event to most people but to me it was what I need to grow. I remember going to church with my family and not being their mentally. My mind would be on playing or just goofing off. So back then, going to church didn't mean anything to me. When I made up my mind that I want to go church on my own will. I think it was a step in the right direction.

I hit a wall in my life: I had been out of a job for seven months, I had a one year old baby girl at home, my wife had just had a stroke and was unable to take care of herself, and I had been attending school for my bachelor in social work. I had nowhere to go and nowhere to run I just stop and started praying. In this pray I ask God for a job, protection of my family, and a healthy wife.
Some time had passed and he gave me all that I ask for. I got a job at a prison, my baby girl was ok and my wife's health was getting better. I got everything I ask for that tearful night but God had more in store for me. When I first started to work at this prison the work hours were terrible and I was going thought a lot of pain in his feet because of the hours and hours of walking. The pain in my feet and the terrible hours lead me to look for a new position in the prison.
In searching for a new position, I saw a position in the Chaplain Department was open and I knew that's what God wanted for me. I start ministry the first day I got the job. Form the first time in speaking to a crowd about God, I knew that I was called to be in
