1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

This business plan proposes a venture to expand Buster’s convenience store from a one-store to a two-store operation in the next six months.

Currently, Buster's convenience store is a small business residing in the lobby of the Titletown Building on Lombardi Avenue in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Titletown Building is a large office building with a current occupancy of approximately 700 employees. Busters is a small retailing business (1,000 square feet) specializing in general merchandise catering to occupants of the office building. The products the store stocks includes snacks, pre-packaged sandwiches, bottled and canned beverages, greeting cards, newspapers, paperback books, and small gift items that the building's tenants find appealing.

In the next five months, the new Lombardi Office Building is scheduled to be completed just two blocks down from the existing Lombardi Avenue store. This presents us with an outstanding opportunity to expand and open another Buster's convenience store, coming one step closer to realizing our dream of creating a 10 to 15 store chain serving the Green Bay area and surrounding cities.

The Lombardi Avenue Office Building has occupancy of 800 employees and a 1,000 square foot space in the lobby for the expansion of Buster's second store. This space is located in a high traffic area of the lobby and very accessible as it is located adjacent to the building entrance. It is also quite visible from all areas within the lobby.

A Grand Opening will commence after the Lombardi Building Buster's has been in business for two weeks. This event will be held on a Monday as it is the start of the work week. One of the owner's, Natalie Flynn will coordinate the Grand Opening. It will include a local political official, the Lombardi Building owner, Buster's owners, Chris and Natalie Flynn, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, pictures, speaking, etc. Professional news releases will be submitted to the local newspaper, Green Bay Press Gazette, and possibly an on-site radio broadcast.

The owner's of Buster's already have an established wholesale supplier with access to product appealing to its office worker target base. All staff will be provided with in-store training on systems already established in the existing Titletown Buster's.

According to the information contained in this business plan, we feel that the new Buster's located in the Lombardi Building is a sound business investment for the financial institution to consider for a loan in the amount of $25,000.
