contribution of kadhija rali towards the growth of islam
There were many people who supported our beloved prophet in spreading islam.one such and the most important person is the Ummul Muhmineen,(mother of the believers’ kadijiah (rali).Kadijah (rali)was born in Makkah in a wealthy Quariashi family
After the death of her first husband, she took up the family business and employed many trustworthy people. It was then, that she met prophet Muhammad (sal). Their marriage took place about fifteen years before the beginning of the Revelation.
After the prophet received the first revelation, he came to his wife trembling and informed her about the happening. Just look at the support she gave our prophet. Narrators say that she held his hand and said it firmly and peacefully “Allah will take care of us , be happy Allah will never put you down..She didn’t say, wait!, if you do this, they might kill us, we might lose our wealth, our children etc .instead she accompanied our prophet( sal)to her cousin Waraka bin Nawfal to seek advice.
Kadijah(rali)was the first person to have an abiding faith in the prophet Muhammad(sal)and accepted Islam as her religion. Whenever the prophet was abused by the disbelievers ,she had provided moral support and unflagging faith.
She spent her entire wealth to help the prophet in spreading Islam. When people were afflicted by drought she sent camels loaded with water and goats from her wealth. She contributed to Islam by conveying the message of the prophet to her clan and taught the others how the messenger of Allah lived and passed on the sunnahs to the society.
Kadjiah (rali)went through every hardship along with the prophet(sal),stood by him and encouraged in spreading Islam.
She used to face hardships with great patience. Her nobility pleased Allah so much that he sent special greeting to her through Jibril (alaisalam).
“jibril (alai)came to prphet muhammed (sal)and said, “oh messenger of Allah! kadijah is coming to you with food. Convey her the salaams from her Lord and from me
