Abstract My target population I am reaching is the students in the classroom and their parents. I am wondering if teachers have the time in their day to be able to make sure all of the students know and understand the lesson. My action research purpose is to learn what the students are interested in and us the information to teach the lesson. The implication of my choice is to use is power point slides.

Passions and Wonderings in Educational Practice
Introduction
My passions and wonderings in educational practice are making sure all of the students know and understand the lesson that the teacher is teaching the students. The purpose of my action research is to inform teachers that it can be done for students to know and understand the lesson. The research is relevant to my professional practice because I am a teacher.
My Target Population
My target population is my class, which are now twenty students. Some of my students need more help than others in order to learn the basic learning tools. I also would like to reach the population of the parents because if more parents are involve in their children academics then the students academics will reflect the students hard work. Parents do not realize how important it is for them to be a part of their child’s academics. The individual differences I have noticed within my group of students are some willing to learn and others just having a hard time grasping the lesson, but it is up to me to do all what I can to reach the child to grasp the lesson. The needs that are emerged are to do one to one with the child and work at it until the child
