Continuing Professional Development Case Study
Continuing Professional Development) CPD propose to update skills and knowledge, as well as reemphasize ethical attitude. The end user is the patient. In CPD we are required to complete activities that are accredited by Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Activities are designed to incorporate South African environment.
Each person must complete the HPCSA forms and keep record of their own activities because they are liable to CPD audits. This document discusses CPD in the context of ethics.

It should be observed by using the Attendance Certificates for every occasion or collection of events. An authorized replica of the qualification is required for level three qualifications. Constructivist paradigm as a tool for CPD

According to (WNET/Education, 2014: ONLINE), constructivism is essentially a hypothesis - considering perception and logical review - about how individuals gain insight. Individuals build their own comprehension and information of the world, through encountering things and considering those encounters. When we experience something new, there is a need to accommodate it with our past thoughts and experience or possibly disposing of the new data as unimportant
Constructivism adjusts that part, with the goal that instructors help understudies to develop learning as opposed to duplicate a progression of certainties. The constructivist educator gives devices, for example, critical thinking and request based learning exercises with which learners plan and test their thoughts, make determinations and surmising’s, and pool and pass on their insight in a synergistic mastering condition.
