Introduction

In the business world, the word “Kaizen” is one of the Japanese business jargons that means “changing for better” and it is what is what the business people now adays refer to it as “Continues Improvement”. Continues Improvement definition is the approach of improving organization’s processes and people, which need to be monitored to achieve a better performance, objectives and quality. It can be applied on business strategies, customers, services quality, structure, suppliers, distributors, partners and any business procedures. It leads to the organization to be more efficient and effective in doing businesses. The aim of this paper is to explain plan for continues improvement, processes and how to manage the work performance after apply it using “Pizza Hut” as an example.

Continues Improvement System Planning

It is noticeable that the term Quality Assurance (QA) is always connected to continue improvements in the business environments. Quality assurance is the process of checking and controlling the quality of services or products to know whether they are meeting the desired requirements when it is compared to the goals behind providing them. As a matter of fact, Quality Assurance can’t be considered a separate process from of continues improvement system; however it is part of it.
