Public Sector is a part of the government that deals with either the production, delivery and allocation of goods and services by and for the government or its citizens, whether national, regional or local/municipal.

Private Sector is that part of the economy which is run by private individuals or groups, usually as a means of enterprise for profit, and is not controlled by the government. means that, if the business goes bankrupt because it is unable to meet it’s debts, the shareholders/owners will not be liable (responsible by law) to lose their possessions to pay the money that is owed. The maximum amount they could lose is the amount that they have put into their shares.

an ordinary partnership can have between 2 – 20 partners. People in business partnerships can share skills and the workload, and it may be easier to raise the needed capital. A group of friends might open a restaurant together if one of the partners has been a restaurant manager and knows how to run a restaurant, another partner can do accounts and bookkeeping, whilst someone else can do human resources and supplies. In this way the business can be open 7 days a week.
