1) Introduction to main problem:- Man is a social animal. He loves to live with a group of people may be familiar to him as his family, close relatives, or with whom he is closely associated. People try to derive a great sense of personal satisfaction from their work and work environment. In today’s society, the economic and technological situation is seldom static. Organizational relationships are subject to stress and strains all the time. People’s attitudes and feelings keep fluctuating depending upon the socio-political changes in the community. Also in any organization, the primary responsibility of management is to ensure the viability & continuity of the enterprise. It involves financial liquidity, quality products that are both reasonably priced and in demand, and assured market for the products. Sick units, outdated technology and unstable markets hardly lead to organizational health. Over staffing, unproductive labour force, and unreasonable or untimely wage push can make an enterprise outprice itself in the market. Choked cash flow arising out of poor purchase policy or market credit policy unrelated to financial situation may interrupt production and stockpiling of
