Stephanie your knowledge of work has been demonstrated as very good. You are explain to participants confidently the parameters of the services available, the process for the work to be complete and the resources available in the community. You have improved in your knowledge of HCBS policy, procedures and regulations. You respect for confidentiality is seen through asking pertinent questions of the caller to identify themselves and then limiting the information given to what is needed.

There are a wide range of individuals that I communicate with on a daily basis i.e. clients, support workers, mangers, clients parents, gp’s.
