Competitive Edge Heaven on Earth’s competitive edge is our unique niche in an old market. Although there’re a lot of dessert houses have been located in the marketplace at this area, but none of them are like Heaven on Earth. We are offering the customers high quality desserts and also a totally relaxing atmosphere at the same time. Nowhere else will they find dessert houses which provide such diminishing and entertaining environment with various types of desserts that the customers will guaranteed in love with them.

5.1 Marketing Strategy Heaven on Earth’s will be educating our consumers and subsequent word-of-mouth as our marketing strategy. Other than a superior dessert house, we will also being known as the unique relaxation destination. Customers will be reached through brochures, fliers, website advertisements and promotions on special holidays. Our location will also play a crucial role in marketing and promotion. The shop will be located at the center of The City of Heritage, Malacca. The large numbers of tourists and visitors at this area will surely bring a lot of incentives to our business. Heaven on Earth will target productive and generally well-educated and affluent customers who are dissatisfied with the limited selection and lack of personal service found in other dessert cafes and interested in trying new products and experiences.

5.2 Sales Strategy
We need to sell the company as well as the product. Just as The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf became synonymous with great coffee and tea drinks, Heaven on Earth will come to be known as a superior gathering place with paramount desserts. A team of well-trained and friendly crew will be ready to service our customers to provide them a home feel.
