Comparing The Sea Lion And Leopard Seal
My animal the harp seal belongs to the Phocidae as well as to the Sea Lion and Leopard Seal. The difference between the Harp Seal and the Sea Lion and the Leopard Seal are very slim as they are all quite similar. Each seal has skin covered in hair, three middle ear bones and variety of teeth, but the main, major different between the Harp Seal and the other two is there environment and life style. The Harp Seal is a non-aggressive, soft and fury animal that will only hunt small animals whereas the Sea Lion and Leopard Seal structure are more built for harsh survival and eating bigger animals. Sea Lions and Leopard Seals can also walk on land with the flippers which enables them to hunt better on land whereas the harp seal cannot walk on land
