Comparing Athens And Sparta
History Assignment Essay

Athens and Sparta are both two different city states located within modern day Greece that are still existent today, the peak of Ancient Greece was between 600 BCE and 200 BCE. Sparta is well known for its strong military and their men who learnt how to become strong warriors. On the other hand Athens was more focused on arts, music, architecture, global influence and education. This already shows that Athenians and Spartans had different beliefs of what life made citizens become.

Ancient Greece was the Western society to build mega-structures and develop architecture, the most major difference between each other's architecture is that Athenian buildings are far more intricate detail in its design and use more expensive
